About to ICMAS 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Mechatronics and Automation Systems will be held grandly in the historic and cultural city of Xi'an, China. This conference aims to create a high-level, interdisciplinary international academic exchange platform, bringing together experts, scholars, engineers, and industry representatives from around the world in the fields of mechatronics, intelligent control, robotics, industrial automation, and related areas to jointly explore cutting-edge theories, key technologies, and innovative applications. The conference focuses on two core directions: mechatronics integration, covering intelligent control algorithms, motion control, sensors and actuators, 3D printing, industrial robots, and precision manufacturing; Automation systems include hot topics such as adaptive control, intelligent transportation, automated logistics, smart grids, machine vision, embedded systems, and the integration of artificial intelligence in automation. As an important advanced manufacturing and technological innovation base in China, Xi'an provides profound industrial support and academic atmosphere for the conference. We sincerely invite researchers in related fields from around the world to actively submit articles and participate in conferences through various forms such as oral presentations, poster displays, or listening exchanges, and work together to promote the intelligent, green, and high-quality development of mechatronics and automation systems!
Record
All full paper submissions to the ICMAS 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of ICMAS 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to masiac@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
